Eligibility Requirements
In order to purchase from Patriot Computers you MUST be a Faculty/Staff member or Student of George Mason University (Mason)-or- Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC).
All purchasers are required to present identification as listed below and meet one of the eligibility requirements listed below. Valid forms of identification are:
- Mason students,
faculty and staff must present their Mason ID. Valid IDs begin with a 'G'. ID cards with SSN's are no longer
valid.
- All incoming
students may present their admission letter.
- NVCC faculty and staff must present a valid paystub and a valid
matching photo ID.
- NVCC students must present a current semester registration receipt
and a photo ID.

Sales Policies
Only Mason and NVCC faculty, students, staff
and institutions may purchase from
Patriot Computers.
- Prices and products are subject to change without notice or obligation.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in wole or in part. We may cancel any accepted order prior to shipment.
- We may make partial shipments at our discretion.
- We will not be liable for failure to ship complete orders.
- Patriot Computers will allocate inventory and make deliveries at our sole discretion and without liability.
- We do not guarantee delivery times for items not in stock. We will provide
you with an expected delivery timeframe at the time of purchase. This is not
a guarantee but our best estimate based on the product, shipping method and
warehouse location. We will call you as soon as your product arrives. Thank
you in advance for your patience.
- A 5% nonrefundable deposit is required for all special orders and holds.
- When picking up large orders please allow 20 minutes to complete the paperwork. You may park and load at the building's loading
dock if you have someone stay with your vehicle. Unattended vehicles may be ticketed. You should park in designated parking areas,
complete your business in the store and we will make arrangements to help you get your product to your car.
- Payment Options:
- Cash, traveler's checks, certified checks, personal checks, MasterCard or Visa may be used for all transactions.
- Business checks cannot be accepted.

Returns
- All boxed software (not licensed) that is sealed and shrink-wrapped may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase. Goods must remain sealed
and shrink-wrapped. Licensed software may not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Unopened computer accessories may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened computer accessories may not be returned.
- All
opened items are not returnable.
- All special orders are not returnable.
- All warranties are extended from the manufacturer not Patriot Comptuers. If
a product is dead on arrival the manufacturer reserves the right
to repair or replace the equipment under the terms of their warranty.

Resale Limitations:
An eligible Individual Purchaser may purchase one product in each of the
following categories per academic year (July 1 to June 30): desktop
computer, laptop computer, personal interactive electronics product,
laser type printer and inkjet type printer.
