Defective Product & Warranty
This information does not apply to student, faculty, or staff purchases.
- We understand how exasperating it is to get DOA product. Subject to the manufacturer's requirements, we will repair or replace the equipment. Defective or DOA products must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase. Products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product, including cables, software, manuals, etc.
- Certain manufacturers may require that all defective/DOA product be returned directly to them. We will handle this process for you. Manufacturer's policies are subject to change without notice.
- All warranty issues for computers and supported equipment may be referred directly to the manufacturer or an authorized service facility. You do not have to report these problems to Patriot Computers. UCIS will handle coordination of supported equipment if you contact them. Call the Support Center at 993-8870 to report your problems.
