Return Policy
This information does not apply to student, faculty, or staff purchases.
- Computer hardware may not be returned without prior approval. Approvals will be granted based upon the manufacturer's specific return policies. If you have questions concerning a particular manufacturer's policies, please inquire before making a purchase.
- Product that is defective or dead on arrival (DOA) will be repaired or replaced as directed by the manufacturer.
- All software that is sealed and shrink-wrapped may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase.Opened software may not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS. Defective media will be replaced per the manufacturer's instructions.
