Adobe CLP for Departments

Departmental Adobe price list - download PDF file

Personal, Student, Faculty/Staff purchases - look here

ITU has signed the CLP license agreement with Adobe. This agreement allows individual departments to purchase Adobe products at substantial savings at Patriot Computers. At this time you will be required to purchase maintenance for each product. This requirement will help ensure that we meet the minimum purchase requirements required by the contract.

Maintenance will provide you with access to the latest version of the software product until the contract expires in Dec. 2008. If this contract is re-newed in Jan. 2009 you may choose to renew your maintenance agreement and continue to receive future updates. Otherwise you will own the then current version of the software.

Each department is responsible for the purchase of all products installed. It is highly recommended that your department assign a license administrator to track and monitor your departments licenses. Possession of CD/DVD's does not give us the right to load on multiple systems. A user licenses must be purchased for each computer the software is installed on.

FAQs

• Orders - Forward a purchase requisition to Patriot Computers. Be sure to include all end user information - contact name, contact shipping    address for a UPS shipment, (do not use mail stops), and phone number.

• Prices*: You will need to purchase a license for each machine you wish to install the software on and at least  one set of media. You may purchase additional licenses in the future and continue to use your existing media.

Most   departments will want to purchase licenses for loading on single machines. If you want to load software on a server for concurrent delivery of software please contact lpainter@gmu.edu for pricing information.
